• Build/Capture/Update Windows 10 and Windows 11 OS images.
• Testing/Certifying new hardware models.
• Migrate Windows 10 to Windows 11 using Windows Autopilot.
• Windows Autopilot design, setup & deployment.
• Managing Windows 10 clients using Intune/Co-Management.
• Create custom PowerShell scripts for automation.
• Helping local IT technicians in Imaging issues.
• Configuring Power Management Rules for Green IT.
• Provide 3rd level support for the offshore team in OSD/Imaging issues.
• Driver package preparation and testing.
• Working with the customer on new technologies, to enhance the user experience on Windows.
