As a Compliance Officer in ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, you will hold a key position in overseeing and developing our Compliance Program globally. It will enable you to team up with colleagues across the entire division and continue building our culture of compliance and integrity in line with our company core values - Empowerment, Innovation and Integrity.
About the position
The major scope of work for this role is implementation of the Group 's compliance programs: Anti-trust, Anti-Bribery and Export control. You will work dedicated with the Group 's compliance programs, but also support with legal matters in general. You will give support and advice to the division 's business areas and management functions. You will design and deliver compliance trainings to the employees in the division as well as promote a positive compliance culture and awareness throughout the organization. You will lead, co-ordinate, and manage ad-hoc compliance related projects and tasks.
ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is the largest division within ASSA ABLOY AB and has a turnover of a little bit more than EUR 3bn. ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is a global division and we expect you to interact and travel internationally as well as being able to deal with diverse cultures.
This position is located at the ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems office in Stockholm and you will report directly to the divisional General Counsel.
About you
To be successful in this role, you need to take initiatives and manage activities on your own. We see you as a person with good social skills who like building networks in which you can build trust and become inspired by others to find new ways of working. You have a strategic, long term thinking and you enjoy working in an international, fast-paced environment.
We believe that you have previous experience from working as a legal professional in the industrial business and from working in an international environment. We see you as a solid and high-performing lawyer, with professional experience from working with compliance matters.
The position requires a Master of Law degree and around 5-7 years of professional experience of which at least 2-3 years is with work related to compliance. Your expertise includes comprehensive knowledge within compliance, but also from general commercial and corporate law and from working from an international context.
Since English is our corporate language, you have excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
