PRESENTATION
We are looking for highly skilled compliance officers to, in the position as subcontractors of Poolia Juridik, undertake assignments of no less than 3 months. An opportunity to work with several exciting companies in the Stockholm area.

Arbetsuppgifter
Key Responsibilities Compliance:

• Identify and interpret regulatory changes and communicate these changes to senior management.

• Maintain and manage an effective monitoring program.

• Implement changes to the monitoring program in line with regulatory or business changes.

• Write guidelines for account opening procedures and required documentation to ensure compliance with all relevant rules and regulations.

• Maintain Compliance department documents and reference materials (e.g: compliance manual updates, revision of policies and procedures in line with regulatory changes, etc.).

• Managing the registration of different licenses (Swedsec etc.).

• Act as responsible for answering customer complaints.

• Make changes when necessary to customer agreements and general conditions.

• Monitor account activity for money laundering and staff trading.

• Ensure that the company is properly insured.

• Day-to-day business queries and projects.

• Update current presentations and participate in staff presentations. Internal training and presentations to new recruits on a variety of topics (e.g.: money laundering and PA dealing).

Erfarenhet
You have a university degree in Law, Business or both and documented experience of working with regulatory issues within the EC. Furthermore you have excellent language skills in Swedish and English.
