We are looking for an inspiring technology leader in the field of Uptime, with a positive mind set and strong interest in developing this important Customer Value. It is key for our customers to have excellent uptime in the vehicle fleet in order to be profitable and to keep the delivery promises toward their customers.
As a Complete Vehicle Uptime Manager you will:
Main tasks:
Lead the Complete Vehicle Organization in the different areas that builds up the customer value - Uptime.
Consolidate Maintainability, Reliability, Durability and Product Quality to create and present a clear and crisp uptime status.
Collaborate with the Truck brands and GTT organization to define customer centric uptime targets. In order to reflect new challenging targets connected to old and new technologies for different product ranges in specified markets.
Enable quality secured uptime data to the truck brands in order to enhance service contracts and other key areas. It is important to consider the Life Cycle perspective.
Lead, coach and implement new tools and processes that increase efficiency and quality in the area of Uptime
Support knowledge creation and sharing by visualizing uptime data
Advising the line organization about training opportunities that increase the knowledge in the area of uptime

Qualifications
• MSc or BSc degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Software or Mechatronics Engineering
• Experience from Customer operation, application knowledge & target setting connected to uptime needs.
• Experience, Certification or Degree from Universities, RAMS, or international organizations dedicated to improve the Uptime competence.
• Experience in Reliability analysis and use of quality tools e.g FMEA, FTA to identify different failure modes and mitigation actions across the product life.
• Experience in Maintainability and the aspects of diagnostics, preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance over the product life.
• Experience from leading Change Management initiatives
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
We believe you also have:
• Experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience from working with suppliers and requirement setting of components and systems from an uptime perspective.
• Experience in Durability in the area of Physical testing based on ALT/HALT, success tests or test to fail techniques in order to understand the design life.
• Experience with data analysis
• Experience from Leadership
