Are you passionate about IAM and leading high-performing teams? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join us! Ensuring the security of our organization's digital identities, and leading initiatives to enhance our IAM systems!
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Lina manager for a team of Identity and Access Management engineers, coaching them to build DecSecOps best practices.

• Accountable for the establishment of relevant forums that enable a close collaboration with stakeholders to understand actual and future competence needs and business priorities.

• Managing a team of professionals dedicated to organizational digital Identities.

• Escalation and decision-making concerning work environment, staff well-being and other relevant people management topics towards the Delivery organisation.

• The ability to effectively oversee the team's operations and contribute to the organization's security posture.

• Coordinate hiring funnels together with other stakeholders.

• Communicate and keep staff informed about relevant information.

• Accountable for execution on talent management strategies (up/re-skill, build, hire, etc.), onboarding, career development, motivating and retaining talent).

• Actively work for making Swedbank an attractive employer and a great place to work.

What is needed in this role:

• Education: Preferably a relevant Academic degree (MSc or Bachelor).

• Experience in IAM area.

• Extensive leadership experience from leading others.

• Extensive experience in mentoring and/or coaching and actively work to support and guide staff in career growth/development.

• Preferably experience from working within or close to a field related to the IAM Engineering area of responsibility.

• Experience from agile ways of working (e.g SAFe).

• Excellent people management skills (servant leadership, coaching, individual development).

• Ensure workforce planning according to short- and long-term needs.

• Actively work for making Swedbank an attractive employer and a great place to work.

• On-board and off-board employees within area of responsibility.

• Manage training needs and budget in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Manage staff Performance Development activities according to the PD process.

• Ensure close collaboration with Product Managers, RTEs, APOs, Scrum Masters, team members and other peers/stakeholders to actively work with staff performance and development.

• Ensure staff are educated about and adhere to established Swedbank processes and policies.

• Ensure a safe workplace and staff well-being, incl. rehabilitation opportunities.

• Communicate and keep staff informed about relevant information.

• Manage staff budget (training, phone bills, competence team activities, etc.)

• Initiate and/or support Communities of Professionals within area of responsibility.
