hela Sverige We are looking for a Competence Developer to Commercial training in the area of Business Management to be responsible for development and deliveries of learning activities.
The targets Scania has for the coming years implicate major changes in the way Scania runs the business at our Distributors and Dealer levels. To enable increased volumes with increased profitability we are introducing new business concepts and changes in the way the business is run. Our responsibility is to develop and spread learning activities that create long-term effects and that support behavioural change in the business. The learning activities are delivered both to the global commercial network and to employees in Södertälje to strengthen their commercial knowledge.
Work tasks
In cooperation with the businesses responsible, identify competence needs and behaviours to ensure that the business concepts are implemented successfully. Based on these requirements you are responsible for designing and developing learning activities according to standardized processes. You should also be able to act as a trainer for learning activities that are developed by yourself or others. The work also includes planning development and deliveries, and communicating and cooperating with business areas responsible and the trainer network. This means that international contacts are a natural part of the work.
Your profile
We are searching for a co-worker that has experience from the pedagogic area with a proven good result and is able to lead yourself and others in development and change. The right person is structured, works well with others, takes initiative and is competent in presentation and communication skills. To be open to new, untraditional learning methods is a must. We also see that you have good company knowledge and are used to work cross-functionally and internationally. Experience from Scania's commercial network is an advantage.
We would like you to have:
Good pedagogical skills
Interest for learning and competence development
Good insight in how the business is run in the commercial network
Ability to manage projects
Good knowledge in change management
Good knowledge of management and leadership
University degree or corresponding work knowledge
Fluent in English
This position are full time with a start as soon as possible.
