Job Description
Now we are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits specialist to our client's People Experience team. You will work with the team to improve and set up new strategies and processes for benefits and awards programs as well as reviewing and working with the compensation part of the promotion processes.
Your main tasks will be to review existing processes and programs and develop processes/propose improvements as well as suggest/develop guidelines, policies, instructions in the area of compensation and benefits.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run for 6 months, with possible extension.
