hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Embark Studios AB i Stockholm As a Community Operator at Embark, you will work under our Engagement Lead to inform our community strategy, manage an offsite team of moderators, and ensure a constant stream of content for engagement within our branded community spaces.
We are looking for someone with the charisma and confidence to build a following around a game. You should continuously find new and exciting ways to create safe and fun engagement opportunities that honor the work being done by the game team.
When the community is launched, you will work closely with creators, fans, and an offsite team of moderators who will look to you for guidance and strategy. You will work with the game team to ensure content is relevant and provide intel on player sentiment and community analytics.
On occasion, your job will also require you to help out with the planning and execution of live events for the community, media, and more.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
• Manage the Embark-branded community spaces that function around the game
• Create community activities / programs to drive engagement
• Drive the curation of meaningful, high-quality, mixed multimedia content for engagement within the community
• Set goals, manage, and report on community analytical data
• Create and manage content creator programs
We would love if you have
• A creative and curious mind
• A native-level command of English
• An adaptive writing style that is consistent and positive in tone
• Ability to demonstrate effective written communication with audience-specific adaptation
• Experience in Community Management, particularly within the gaming industry
• Experience organizing and running large live events
• Capable of multi-tasking and comfortable with a "come-what-may" way of working
Additionally these would be a great bonus:
• Experience in creating multimedia assets
• Knowledge of content creation and influencer marketing
