About the position
We are looking for a Communicator for our client. The company is a world-leading supplier of transport solutions and is driving the transition to a sustainable transport system. This position is located at the client's office in Södertälje.
The client is undergoing a transformative transition to strengthen innovation and maintain its leading position in the global transportation market. As part of this, most of the company's Research and Development (R&D) operations will integrate into their sister brands internationally to foster collaboration and innovation. To facilitate this complex transition, they are seeking an experienced Communicator with Change Management experience. You will support the Program Manager and Program Team and ensure timely execution of program goals, including related Communication and Change Management activities.
Your daily tasks
The Communicator will support the Program Manager and be part of the Transition Program as a core team member. This role is pivotal for planning, driving, and executing communication activities across several channels and events for managers and employees. Your key responsibilities include a variety of tasks, including Communication, Change Management & Training, Collaboration, and Stakeholder engagement.
A selection of responsibilities:
Communication
Plan and execute communication activities related to the company's transition program
Align with central cross-brand communication and address company-specific needs
Ensure clear and consistent messaging across multiple channels, including potential redeployment processes
Change Management & Training
Support employee transfer through change management and communication aligned with existing strategies
Organize events like town halls and workshops
Coordinate training activities with the central project team and content owners
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with HR, communication, and labour law teams to align with overall strategies
Actively participate in international communication workstreams
Engage key stakeholders-program teams, managers, and employees-to ensure readiness and consistent messaging across brands

You have a talent for breaking down complex topics and making them easy to understand. Thriving in fast-paced and ever-evolving environments, you're comfortable navigating multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities. You're skilled at engaging with people at all levels of an organization - from executives to front-line staff - and you know how to build trust and influence across teams and functions. A true team player, you enjoy working in collaborative, international, and multicultural settings. With a strong sense of focus, you're excellent at prioritizing and zeroing in on the tasks that bring the most value.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communication, HR, or other relevant field
Proven experience in organizational communication and change management
Proven ability to craft clear, engaging, and effective communication for diverse audiences
Experience with internal comms channels (intranets, newsletters, presentations, etc.)
Strong writing and storytelling ability, tailored to both strategic and operational contexts
Experience working in or supporting cross-functional programs or transformation projects
Familiarity with modern digital communication platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, M365 tools)
Ability to create visually appealing and accessible materials (e.g., using PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
Experience in the redeployment process
Contract type and hours
Full-time consulting assignment until 2025-08-31, with possible extension. Start asap.
