OM TJÄNSTEN
As a communications Project Manager at Xylem you are responsible for developing content as well as marketing and sales assets for product launches, customer-facing events and critical business activities. Your work will be global and focused on technologies related to water treatment, sewage pumping and dewatering. You will work closely with product management and engineering to understand the differential value of Xylems solutions and contribute to creating strong value propositions.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Work tasks
• Develop and implement communication plans for product launches and specific sales targets, together with product management and key regional stakeholders.
• Lead and coach the creative process for global marketing communications assets ensuring alignment with the offering, customer focus and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Advise and produce marketing communications assets for projects involving product updates and upgrades.
• Plan and execute content development projects to strengthen our business brands that highlight engineering expertise and technical innovation as well as impact on society and sustainability.
• Supports regional and country level marketing teams, providing them with relevant content and graphic resources related to products and technologies.
• Effectively prioritize workload with the goal of positively impacting Water Infrastructure's business goals, brand awareness and customer relationship.
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• Bachelor's degree in communications or marketing
• 2-5 years experience in marketing communications with both strategic and operative responsibilities
• Have experience working with value propositions and translating complex information into customer-focused messages
• Experience working with subject matter experts, understanding the business and commercial goals of their shared projects, and advising them on marketing communications and branding
• Experience in working within international or global organizations
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, is a must
It is meritorious if you have
• Speak Swedish or German
• Good understanding of digital marketing
• Experience of working in engineering and/or industrial companies is a plus
