We are looking for an experienced professional in the intersection between healthcare, business, and communication. You should be ready to support growing biotech/medtech clients to succeed in healthcare communications as well as corporate communications toward investors and potential partners.
We are a Nordic-based strategy & communication consultancy specialized in the life science industry that, simply put, ensures our clients are strategically positioned and more professionally packaged toward their potential acquirers, investors, and other key stakeholders.
We think that you probably have a great interest in storytelling and healthcare/life sciences. Our communications managers have a voice at the leadership table, where they advise our clients on strategic communication that supports the client's needs and business goals. They coordinate internal and external resources to execute developed communication plans and well-crafted materials. You will be an integral part of our Communications team and report directly to our Communication Director.

You need a good understanding of Life Science or healthcare linked to business development, marketing, and communication to succeed in this role. You should have worked with communication and/or investor relations previously. For the role, we are primarily looking for someone meeting the following criteria:
Primary responsibilities
Work closely with our biotech/medtech clients to build and maintain impactful company profiles toward key stakeholders
In collaboration with team members, drive flawless and timely project execution and cultivate strong client relationships
Participate in development of clients' marketing communication strategies and tactics; collaborates with multiple stakeholders to ensure consensus around tactics' scope and approach
Lead and support day-to-day client contact in executing ad hoc requests and delivering planned activities and materials
Draft content for client materials e.g., press releases, infographics, fact sheets, social media posts
Develop client materials such as corporate presentations and financial reports.
Prepare and execute activities connected to financing rounds, e.g. roadshows, media outreach, materials development - online and offline.
Update and maintain client websites and social media channels to provide up-to-date information for key stakeholders.
As a member of our team, you will also contribute to the team culture as well as contribute to bringing in new business.

Qualifications
Approximately 3-5 years of work experience related to communication, marketing, finance, business, journalism, etc.
Must demonstrate a strong understanding and interest in life science/ biotechnology/healthcare from education or previous experience.
Demonstrated agency/consulting experience.
Accustomed to working with a range of different communication channels towards different audiences; financial reports, press releases, company presentations, website, social media, PR, equity analysts, etc.
An eye for design and copy to create impactful materials.
Has a good understanding of social media vehicles and is comfortable managing and drafting communications around them
Independent thinker confident in taking ownership of assets and material development, but a team player who enjoys collaboration
Strong written and oral communication and presentations skills in English, a plus if also in Swedish
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
Previous experience with relevant tools like Cision, MFN, WordPress, YouTube Studio, Canva, and other social media tools
Investor relations experience and understanding of the regulatory environment for publicly listed Nordic companies is a plus, but not a requirement.

You will be employed and based in Göteborg at our newly renovated office in the city center. A hybrid model can be acceptable for the right candidate.
