As a Communications Manager you will have a key role in developing content for Corporate Communications and Marketing Communications and at the same time take the lead in digital development. You will embed in the local organization, while maintaining close ties with colleagues on a global level, to align on priorities. In this role you will take an active part for setting the strategic agenda and create the communications platform for the coming years. You will report to the Director IR & Corporate Communications and also work in close collaboration with the Marketing Director.
Your role combines two different areas:
1. Content Generation:
• B2B content writing for digital and print channels
• Corporate writing for digital and print channels
• Research and write engaging content for digital channels including social media postings
• Bring new ideas to the table
• Working close to business areas marketing teams to support and align activities
• Confidence to execute independently
• Targeting content for specific audiences
• Benchmark digital trends
• Support subsidiaries and acquired companies in digital communication

2. External web:
• Create and maintain webpages
• Drive and develop website strategy
• Take lead in defining and developing functionalities, content and structure both visually and functionally
• Coordinate and lead development and alignment of the groups different websites
• Create synergies and links between the website and other online channels and print
• Contact with external web partners

Experience and skills
• At least five years of experience within communications on a senior level, preferably at an international company
• Excellent writing skills
• Experience from a listed company
• Experience in leading projects with many different stakeholders, on a global level
• Driving and developing websites successfully and understanding in usability and content
• Confident in technology and have the knowledge to work with external partners effectively
• Basic understanding and knowledge in HTML
• Fully handle the Microsoft office package
• Experience in working with SEO and SEM as well as handling data from Google Analytics
• Creating and publish video content for web and social media, photoshop is a plus

Educational requirement
You have a relevant university degree, preferably in communications and/or journalism.
