We are looking for a Communication Specialist to handle primarily internal communication and information management tasks. While this position is not yet fully defined it will be focused on supporting the HR and office teams with things like preparing presentations, maintaining intranet sites, organizing studio visits etc. You will be working together with a small multidisciplinary team and report directly to the studio Communications Director.
We are looking for a candidate with some previous experience in a role like this. As this is in many ways a support function to other departments and people within the studio you need to be service minded and always have an eye on the big picture. The right candidate has both feet firmly on the ground, a "can do" attitude and a humble approach to the job. You are a cooperative and understanding person that thrives in a fluid environment where no two days might look the same. Flexibility and responsibility is key. As a person you are organized, thorough and able to run multiple projects in parallel - still committed to seeing them all through.
Our current projects are still unannounced which means we can't say or show much about what we are working on to the public. What we can say however is that we are using the Unreal engine, we are looking at multi-platform projects, they are action focused and the graphics are realistic in style and tone. The games we typically produce are online, social experiences with AAA production value.
Your skills and experience:
• 3+ years experience in the communication field
• Track record of providing support and service to other departments and functions
• Fluent in English
• Very competent with Office Word and Powerpoint
• Experience from working with content management systems / publishing tools and intranet platforms
Bonus:
• Fluent in Swedish
• Experience with Confluence
• Interested in videogames and popular culture
