Then maybe you are who we are looking for to join our team as Communications and Content Specialist.
The role
The primary role of the Communications and Content Specialist is to create great content planning for digital internal channels and external social media channels. You will be creating brand stories that engage and help to strengthen the brand reputation externally and internally.
You will be responsible for digital content creation and work closely together with the Visual Design Team, Digital Marketing and local Marketing Coordinators in countries where Espresso House operates to support and create content for their social media channels. You will be part of creating the next level of engaging internal communications to all employees, particularly for our internal communication platform and meeting place Workplace by Facebook.
As Communications and Content Specialist you will also work to support our Head of Communications with projects driving a strategic purpose to develop brand strength and brand love, and you will be the owner of our corporate web platform.
You will report to Johanna Lindroth, Head of Communications.
Who are we looking for?
For this role we are looking for you who:
Have a relevant academic degree
Have 2-3 years of experience from similar Marketing/Communication roles and tasks, preferably from retail or food & beverage
Strong skills in creative copywriting in English
Good knowledge of content production, mainly video, digital formats including animating and copy skills
Good knowledge of programs from Adobe Creative Cloud, plus eager to constantly evaluate and explore new technology and tools to optimize work in digital internal communications channels and social media
Good knowledge and skills from planning content for several channels using digital planning tools.
Goal-oriented with strong sense of ownership
Self-motivated team player with ability to exceed in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment
High level of professionalism, structure and planning
Ability to work effectively across functions/geographies, strong communication skills towards internal/external stakeholders
Fluent in English and one Nordic language and/or German

You have great knowledge and understanding of social media and engaging content and you think it is fun to work in a digital world!
