Unit/Department you will be part of
Sourcing at Husqvarna is organized in several functions securing quality, delivery, cost efficiency and sustainability of supply. One of the key functions within Sourcing is Indirect Sourcing, which focuses on commercial relationships with suppliers and the business in managing all indirect material procurement. The key mission is to ensure that the greatest value is provided to the organization 's internal customers.

Your future challenge
The Commodity Manager IT is part of the Husqvarna Indirect Sourcing Team and is the Business partner to Husqvarna Global Information Systems.
The primary responsibility for this position will be to manage spend and projects/initiatives related to Sourcing of IT related products, projects and services. You will be responsible to ensure the quality, delivery, cost efficiency and sustainability of the sourced IT products, projects and services. The role might require travelling to some of our key sites in Sweden and abroad.

Your role is to:
• Manage IT Sourcing projects and initiatives according to the Indirect Sourcing Process.
• Achieve targeted levels/KPIs set for the commodity
• Drive value by implementing sourcing- and commodity strategies and entering into cost efficient agreements that fulfill customer requirements, by using a systematic methodology.
• Coordinate development and maintenance of vendor agreements.
• Manage sourcing projects and lead negotiations of commercial terms & conditions.
• Ensuring alignment to the indirect Sourcing strategy and defined commodity strategies.
• To share leading practices and lessons learned, use consistent methodologies, and pursue deliverables that are aligned with the corporate, purchasing and commodity objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with internal customers and other functions to ensure continuous improvement, demand management and reduced maverick buying.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve compliance to sourcing processes & policies in order to achieve targets

Who you are

Education:
• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in business administration, or other relevant discipline
• Preferred: Master's Degree and recognized qualification in Purchasing/Sourcing
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of purchasing/Sourcing experience
• Experience in Sourcing of IT related products (Hardware & Software), projects and services

Languages:
• Fluency in English is required (written and oral)
• Proficient in Swedish and/or additional languages, e.g. German, is an advantage

Required Skills:
• Experience in & the ability to lead and manage international and multi-cultural teams
• Ability to define, plan and execute Sourcing- and Commodity Strategies, projects and initiatives
• Insights in the field of IT; sufficient to be able to analyze business requirements, commercial terms & conditions in order to recommend appropriate sourcing strategies and solutions
• Strong planning, organization, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage various internal stakeholders and their expectations
• Excellent knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies, fact based negotiation and cross functional team collaboration
• Capabilities in supplier relationship management, supplier performance management and supplier development
• Knowledge and experience with software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office,, SAP, P2P) including presentation and database applications
• Ability to work on strategic, tactical & operational level
• Strong written and verbal communications skills and have the ability to be able to outline RFx's and Contracts/Agreements
• Strong interpersonal skills (e.g., tactical, diplomacy, listening, collaboration, etc).
