ROLE PURPOSE
The Customer Success Lead ensures that the users of Brighter's products receive the most value possible from their use of the products. To achieve this, the customer success lead detailing the benefits of the products for the user, agrees with users on targets, and follow up periodically to evaluate how the targets are reached. The Customer Success Lead develops Centers of Excellence in diabetes care in Brighter's selected markets in collaboration with Sales & Marketing, and Medical Affairs colleagues.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build measurable healthcare improvement processes using Brighter's products
Deploy, measure, and follow up the progress of Brighter's customers and solutions
Propose and project lead clinical impact based on current user base
Responsible for coordinating Brighter's healthcare provider users with training, as-is process mapping, to-be process mapping, and the journey between.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Medical Doctor with global experience in clinical practice
Experience from positions in a Medical Device company or within the healthcare sector
Demonstrated success in selling medical devices
Clear medical understanding of diabetes care and the pain points in the operations of healthcare providers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
