Avail is now looking to strengthen its capacity in customer services, by adding a person responsible for providing business and technical services to existing and prospective clients and to guide customers through the delivery process used for integrating the Avail Platform.
Responsibilities include
understand/discuss/solve technical requests and system questions
understanding/discussing client business cases in relation to the Avail Platform
conducting presentations over web/phone to prospective/existing clients
conducting trainings over web/phone to clients about usability and implementing the Avail Platform
providing on-going support and services to clients via email and phone
on-site meetings with clients
optimize and review client installation of the Avail Platform
The key success criteria for the position is to minimize the time it takes for new clients to go live with the Avail Platform (time-to-implementation) and to maximize the benefit clients see from using Avail Platform (uplift in sales).
Candidate requirements
The potential candidate should have an analytic, structured, problem-solving, well organized and service-minded personality. Striving for quality is important.
Practical experience from working with e-commerce sites, including development using HTML, JavaScript and JSON-RPC, experience from support and services organizations and integrating software in complex IT-environments, as well as experience in conducting training sessions for groups of people and creating training material is required.
The candidate must have working knowledge of the most common Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint (or similar, e.g. Google Docs office suite).
Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English is a requirement. Fluency in French or German is desirable but not necessary. Fluency in Italian is beneficial.
