We are looking for a Client Partner for BFS Nordics. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Sweden and/or abroad will be required from time to time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role you are expected to be responsible for delivery and Customer Relationship Management, Technology and Business Trend Tracking, Innovation and delivery excellence, Pre-sales activities and Represent the division, group and country.
The position is for an individual with following key responsibilities:
Delivery and customer relationship management
Partner with the customers and provide them opportunities to benefit from TCS offerings and thought leadership
Provide consulting services to the customer
Develop value added solutions for the customer
Liaise with TCS internal groups in driving the completion of solution responses
Perform solution and pricing validation according to the competency area as and when required
Identify new opportunities in market and convert into GTM initiatives
Delivery management
Customer relationship management
Understand the needs and trends in the Nordic market and tailor TCS?s existing solutions and/or create new solutions for the customers
Work in a Global Delivery Model including the onshore-offshore model to leverage TCS?s global consultant pool to deliver cost effective services to the clients
Experience of working in multicultural environment
Wide experience across different customers in the BFS space
Experience working with multiple service horizontals like BPO, IS, Assurance etc
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
At least 8 years experience in Delivery management in onsite-offshore model,
Leading customer engagements and developing customized solutions for clients, IT management consulting, pre-sales, and IT Services delivery and business development and creating GTM strategy.
To role require Bachelor?s degree in Computer, Electronics or Electrical engineering and Fluency in English.
At least 5 years of client facing role as Delivery/Engagement Manager
