We are now looking for a Client Partner. The purpose of the role is to manage relationships with Key customer stakeholders. You will also be responsible for revenue growth, establish trust and confidence about TCS capabilities and make TCS a Strategic Partner. The position is placed in Stockholm, Sweden. You would be required to travel across Europe and India. Also, availability beyond working hours for calls is a must. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES· Growth and performance per the revenue and profitability targets for the assigned portfolio.· Achieve customer satisfaction and similar organizational goals.· Drive the creation of annual business plan/strategy where in the targets for the following Financial Year (Revenue, People) together with the strategy to achieve the same.· Provide consulting services to the customers of TCS Nordics and Europe in general.· Develop value added consulting solutions and offerings.· Work with TCS customers and prospects provide them opportunities to benefit from TCS thought leadership.· Identify new opportunities in market and convert into Go To Market initiatives.· Perform Client Partner role and liaise with other internal groups in driving the completion of RFP responses.· Manage the learning and development of the teams involved in serving Nordic and European customers.· Partner with Project Management Office (PMO) and business, confirm project delivers anticipated business benefit.· Coordinate with multiple groups to bring out best business proposition and value for.PROFILEYou have at least 15 years of experience in IT management consulting. Also, you have knowledge and experience in the following areas:· pre-sales, sales and IT Services delivery· Business development and creating go to market strategy· CXO level client relationship management· Leading engagements and developing solutions for clients· Specific focus and expertise on Retails Domain for more than 10 years· Managing delivery team of more than 100 FTEs in Distribute Agile methodology· Thorough understanding for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery process· Understanding for Digital Technologies (Cloud, IoT, Automation and AI) and it's applications Further, you are a good negotiator and a good leader who applies strategic thinking. You are able to foresee risk and plan mitigation. You have a motivated, hardworking and self-driven workstyle.
