Seago Line is a new liner company in the A.P. Moller - Maersk Group. The company will cover the entire European region including all countries on the Mediterranean Sea, and have around 500 employees. The primary focus is container transportation on the Intra-European market.

About the job
Do you want to be part of establishing a new liner company in Europe? Maersk Line and Safmarine are in the process of establishing a new dynamic Intra-Europe liner company, Seago Line, to increase focus and agility and to grow market share over time.
Seago Line Scandinavia, with head quarter in Gothenburg, now looks for a driven and flexible client coordinator to handle the daily contact with our clients in Norway. You will be part of a combined customer service (import and export) & sales support department working closely with external sales.
Seago Line will start operating 1 June 2011, but only be fully up and running in the end of 2011. You therefore get a unique opportunity to be part of the creation and development of a new company.

Responsibilities
Your areas of responsibility will be within customer service and sales support as client coordinator. You will be handling quotes and bookings and have daily contact with our many customers, both on import & export shipments. The daily tasks are both varying and very challenging, and we expect it's a natural thing for you to work result oriented with focus on details, quality and customer satisfaction. Ownership, team player and positive attitude are the key words, and we value that you can handle a lot of personal responsibility and are able to motivate yourself and your colleagues.
Preferably you have a business and customer understanding, with experience from Customer Service and/or Sales Support. We are looking for individuals who are open for change and who have a sense of urgency. Experience from the logistics/shipping business is an advantage, but not a must. Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language is a prerequisite; preferable you speak and understand Norwegian. You should be able to travel to Norway on a regular basis, especially in the start up phase.
