Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter: You will be responsible for: * Delivering world class Customer Service, based on solid understanding of the customer. We expect you to build and develop a solid customer experience enabling Seago Line to grow even further * Take ownership for the whole shipment lifecycle process (sales support, customer service import & export), including cross-functional coordination and proactive handling of service issues * Work with continuous process improvements on customer and process level and lead cross functional discussions, aiming to improve our routines and processes and to be visible in the organisation * Assist colleagues to solve complicated issues and improve the team knowledge base, as well as onboarding new staff * Contributing towards achieving the volume targets for Seago Line Scandinavia * Contributing to a good team spirit * Creating synergies and best practice sharing by ongoing communication with the different Scandinavian teams, operations and finance, as well as with the Global Service Centre and other Seago Line offices * Support and stand in for Customer Service & Sales Support Manager Sweden when needed, within the operational scope
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer: The ideal candidate is customer focused, service-minded and driven by delivering excellent customer service. Besides some years of experience from the frontline, we value excellent communication skills, and enjoying the interaction with customers and colleagues in different countries. You are able to take on multiple tasks with a sense of urgency and strive to deliver excellence in the details. The aim is to create a world class customer experience through great service, a commercial understanding, and a positive attitude. We are looking for a customer facing individual open to change and challenges in the exciting environment an international shipping company provides, and with the ability to take on tasks in a positive and can-do spirit. Key for this position is the ability to understand the bigger picture and to quickly identify necessary actions, and to effectively implement the appropriate solutions, as well as preventive actions and process reviews leading to improvements. You have the ability to take on extra operational responsibility, drive performance, and follow up on results. You should have some years of experience with preferably sales support or customer service. A university degree or other higher education is also preferred.
