We are looking for a new Cleaning Supervisor to take care of our team cleaning the Spa and Public Areas in Varbergs Kusthotell.
We are looking for a candidate who fulfils the following criteria:
• Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience from hotel, offices or similar.
• Know how to use various cleaning equipment properly, including floor cleaning machines
• You must have an in-depth understanding of floor cleaning including and how to use correct chemicals
You will be responsible for a team of 10 employees, so you must also have a talent for communicating with others as well as have the desire to instruct them so they can perform at the same high level as yourself.
You will be responsible for instructing/teaching new and current staff, checking of quality, and you will also to a large extend clean alongside your team as well.
This is not a job where you will be sitting at a desk managing a group of people, so we are looking for someone who likes to clean and who leads by example, by working hard and smart.

We are a large and international team responsible for the cleaning of Varbergs Kusthotell. You will report to the Housekeeping Manager, but also work closely with the employees and managers from each of the hotel's department in ensuring that the quality of the work is always at the agreed level.
Varaktighet, arbetstid
You will be responsible for all Public Areas of the hotel and a total staff of approximately 10 people. Working hours will be from 5:00 or 6:00 every morning and you will be scheduled every second weekend. 80% eller mer
