hela Sverige We are looking for a dedicated Cleaning and Work Wear Coordinator to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our excellent cleaning team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.
About the job
You will coordinate and support site wide Cleaning and Work Wear activities inside the Facility Organization, with world class mindset in terms of availability and cost.
About the team
The maintenance team in Skellefteå is over 140 excellent colleagues within automation, cleaning, mechanics and other expertises that we need to make sure our gigafactory is running smooth.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate cleaning activities cross functional on site making sure that the suppliers and inhouse customers can work efficient with as few hindrances as possible.
- Take part in and initiate different meetings to identify and mitigate risks with Construction/commissioning/manufacturing progression due to cleaning and work wear/PPE activities.
- Manage set up of storage rooms in each changing room
- First point of contact for supplier for on-site problem solving
- Manage visitor PPE - keeping in order, ordering new when needed etc

We believe that you have :
- High School Education or similar work experience
- Solid experience in supervising, site services, coordination.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Analytical skills
- Proficient in MS applications, Power platform is a plus
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Experience and interest in manufacturing industry
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Experience from a multi-cultural environment
