hela Sverige Situated just a few minutes walk from IKEA in Kållered, Happy Kids Kållered is a bi-lingual preschool with close to 120 children and over 25 members of staff. We are looking for someone to join out team who will take on the role of cleaner and kitchen assistant.
We are looking for someone that is:
• Friendly and easy to talk to
• Has good communication skills
• Service minded
• Able to communicate with both children and adults
• Able to speak and understand both Swedish and English
Kitchen responsibilities incude:
• Ordering kitchen supplies online and working within a budget
• Communicating with our external caterer
• Serving and setting out the lunch that is delivered each morning, ready cooked from our caterer.
• Preparing breakfast and afternoon snack for the children.
• Washing up the dishes after each meal.
• Keeping the kitchen clean in accordance with hygiene rules.
Cleaning responsibilities:
• Ordering cleaning supplies online within a set budget.
• Keeping the preschool common areas clean and tidy (corridors, toilets, kitchens etc) on a daily basis (we also have a cleaning company employed that does a large clean each weekend)
The position is a substitute position until June 2014. The starting date will be Monday 5th August 2013. The position is 100%
Hours:
Your day will start at 6.00 and finish at 14.30
Your cleaning duties will be between 6.00 and 9.00 and your kitchen duties between 9.30 and 14.30 giving you the opportunity to have a half hour break in between. The preschool is open from Monday to Friday.
Other information:
Training and experience in food hygiene is an advantage.
Everyone who works in our preschool needs to have a valid (less than one year old) police certificate which can be ordered free of charge here
