WorkShop is now looking for a Market Manager in Stockholm for one of the strongest data & consumer electronic brands in the world: Google and their product Chromebook.

As a Chromebook Market Manager (CMM) your mission is to increase sales through different activities and strategies and train and inspire retail store staff. With solid product knowledge and great enthusiasm, you will coach the retail store staff in how to increase the sales and make sure they have in-depth knowledge of our client's products.

Together with the rest of the Nordic team your goal is to provide an outstanding in-store experience and customer service for the Chromebook brand. You will build strategies with online platforms and offline executions to maximize regional performance.

We are looking for a Chromebook Market Manager that is highly driven by sales goals, is eager to develop leadership skills and has a passion for great consumer experiences. Objective of the role

• Be ambassador for the client's brand

• Coach and inspire retail store staff to become real advocate for the client's products

• Conduct product trainings with store staff and sales managers

• Be responsible for demo activities in store

• Work with relationship-building sales

• Be the client's eyes and ears in the field

Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving the market performance and deliver on sales-, training- and advocacy KPI's

• Own portfolio of stores in the biggest offline retailers with physical and remote follow up

• Lead offline market by identifying and influencing must-win stores and prioritize to maximize performance by having tactical plans locally executed

• Utilize store staff e.g. brand ambassadors, to keep the store active and successful at physical or remote visits

• Ensure understanding of the market and proactively give suggestions on new wins

• Focus on in-store management and conduct meetings and build relationships with store staff at all levels - from sales associates to store managers

• Report in given tools providing weekly insights and long term- and short term account planning and results after completed initiatives

• Ensure brand and product visibility, stock level and assortment is optimized in each store and action is taken on low performing stores

Further responsibilities

• POC for store Sales Managers, creating and executing quarterly meetings and close follow up on necessary execution

• Supporting the client in ad-hoc requested projects e.g. participating in training event execution

• Participate in Retailer Partner market meetings together with Stakeholders

• Responsible for online market insights in the respective country, providing client with insights on promotions, competitor insights and overall brand presence

Previous experience

• Minimum 4 years experience from sales/marketing or equivalent

• Previous experience from retail (consumer electronics) is beneficial

• Account management (preferred, not required)

Requirements:

• Have a driver's license

• Fluent in Swedish and English language (written and verbal communication)

• Possibility to travel regionally on a daily basis as well as occasional national and international travels

• Police charge register
