Dafo Fomtec AB is looking for a Chief Chemist at its manufacturing site in Helsingborg
The position requires you to continue the research and development of new formulations and also testing the new products together with the technical equipment. You will work independently in a small and effective organization. Corporate language is English and many contacts are on international committees and with foreign customers. You must have a willingness of learning and an open mind of gaining new experience from the new field of fire fighting foams.
Tasks:
QA/QC of products manufactured by the company
Modifications of the existing products
Research & Development of new formulations
Establish suitable methods for testing the products on fire
Testing of products in accordance with national and international standards e.g. European EN's
Organize submission of products for third party approvals
Technical support to Sales and Marketing
Representation on national and international committees as Technical Expert

Qualifications:
PhD in Organic Chemistry
Experience from the industrial environment preferably in technical development and quality control
Fluent in written and oral English
