This is where a cross-functional team perform a scale up batch together at the largest scale available in the laboratory and evaluate these based on safety, scaleability, manufacturability and cleanability. This requires knowledge within organic chemistry and an interest in technology.
You will be a part of a small team, with a huge interest for technology, supporting the rest of the R&D department with questions regarding process development and manufacturing.
