hela Sverige A chef de Partie at Fäviken is responsible for the day to day running of one of the kitchens three sections, Meat, Vegetables or cold starters/desserts. As a Chef de Partie at Fäviken you will rotate through all three section in around two years.
This is a qualified position and we expect any applicants to have a few years of work experience from restaurants on a similar level as that of Fäviken Magasinet. The team at Fäviken is international and the language spoken at work is English. Perfect command of English is essential. Fäviken is located about 20 minutes by car form the closest town and a drivers license is essential.
Fäviken Magasinet is one of the most ambitious contemporary restaurants in the world with a dedicated team of 35 working five days a week serving 24 guests for dinner.
