hela Sverige Are you the service minded team-player we 've been looking for? As Check-in Assistant, you are an important part of the guest's first impression before their trip with us. Here you get to work with guest service in several different ways. Your task is to make each guest feel welcome and ensure that they get a fantastic journey. The role means that you will work with our guests in both our Check-in departments, Freight and Travel. Does this sound interesting, welcome with your application!
Some of your key responsibilities:
• Check-in administration of arriving passengers
• Check-in of incoming freight/truck vehicles/drivers
• Manage admissions for leaving / picking up loose trailers
• Manage transshipments
• Booking management
• Communication with ships/stevedore/customers
• Agent support for ships
• General communication telephone/email

We are now looking for a Check-in assistant to join our Norvik port organization.
Who you are
At Stena Line your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. First of all be believe you are passionate about customer service and making every guest feel welcome. You are friendly, approachable and easy to get in touch with other people. Taking responsibility for your work tasks is obvious to you and you find it easy to learn new things. Your way of working is thorough and you contribute to a good team collaboration, at the same time as you have your own drive and move the business forward. As a person, you are mature and confident, attracted by challenges and always want to deliver fantastic service to our guests.
Qualifications:
• At least a high school diploma
• At least 20 years old
• At least one year of total work experience from service profession, logistics, transport
• Good verbal and written knowledge of Swedish and English
• Personal car (no public transport available, 4,5km from train or bus station)
• Live in/or close to Nynäshamn

This is a fulltime, permanent position starting 9th of May 2022 with placement at Norvik port. The work involves working in shifts and is distributed on all days of the week.
