What you 'll do
As a Change Manager, you will lead and drive initiatives within our Fixed Division, ensuring each project is aligned with our portfolio strategy and executed on time. Your focus will be on creating a structured approach, from planning and governance to delivery, driving efficient progress, and securing high-impact results.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish a structured approach, governance, and clear outcomes for initiatives in line with strategic goals.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders and involve relevant participants to drive and facilitate both analysis and execution.
* Support decision-making on priorities, resources, and financial boundaries.
* Act as the primary liaison for initiative-related discussions within and across divisions.
* Communicate and report status, risks, and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
Who you are
To succeed in the role as Change Manager within our Fixed division, we believe that you have previous experience from change and project management and have a big interest for the telco industry. You have proven record from driving change initiatives with clear results and have a good understanding of what it takes to deliver on goals.
* Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
* Proactive, results-oriented, and adept at problem-solving.
* Skilled in process work and stakeholder management.
* Experienced in Project & Change Management with a relevant tool set.
