Arbetsuppgifter• Work as part of the executive management team to develop and carry out financial strategy and overall strategic plan for the company
• Design, develop, and implement governance, performance, management and financial reporting systems and capabilities
• Ensure timely and accurate accounting and reporting of our financial results at the line of business level as well as on a consolidated basis
• Oversee and manage finance and accounting functions
• Enable real time management information for senior stakeholders within the business including; reporting dashboards and management reports
• Monitor key performance indicators and recommend and implement improvements.
• Oversee management of the preparation of budgets
• Overall responsibility for accounts receivable, collections and accounts payable
• Support stakeholders with financial forecasts and projections on all business verticals, maintaining the financial health of the business
• Lead enterprise level review and evaluation of cash flow, income and expenses to identify optimisation opportunities
• Oversee tax management and planning, as well as banking due diligence processes
• Work with legal team to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Carry out risk assessments based on the financial health of the business
ProfilAs Lady Luck's CFO you will have primary responsibility for all corporate accounting and internal control functions for the business. This will include direct responsibility of cash flow management, accounting, investment management, financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting; deal and portfolio risk/return analysis; risk management and controls. You will use an analytical mind to take control and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Ideally, you will have established experience within the Gambling industry.
Framgångsfaktorer
• Fully Certified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Extensive experience in senior/executive finance management roles within a gaming/gambling organization.
• Hands on experience of driving a KPI and data driven approach in financial management, planning and reporting
• Experience in implementing accounting software solutions for automated, fast, accurate reporting
• Up to date knowledge of accounting principles and legislation
• Working knowledge of GAAP and FI Regulations
• Working knowledge of Internal Controls and SOX compliance and processes is an advantage
• Strong analytical and technical skills to deliver accurate financial analysis
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to resolve complicated issues quickly
• Experienced leading and empowering diverse teams
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and conflicting or changing priorities
• A team player and strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Has a proactive approach with vendors and can negotiate favourable terms.
• Is able to collaborate with a diverse entrepreneurial team.
