As Category & Brand Director, Plant Based Meals, you will be responsible for enhancing the value of FLF by developing and implementing concepts, brands and marketing programs to build equity for the Plant Based Meals category and brand. You will own overall brand strategy, development and implementation internationally, growth and commercial development of the Plant Based Meal brand, as well as brand P&L. In close cooperation with product development team you will lead the ideation, development and launch of new products and brand for the Plant Based Meals category. Your responsibilities will span brand building, marketing strategy, insight & analytics and category management. You will manage all communication towards consumers and shoppers for your brands. You will be in charge of continuous assortment development and managing portfolio and product performance analysis. You will support country managers with marketing strategies and tools to drive brand equity and develop sales channels for the Plant Based Meals category. Your position will be located either in Vantaa, Copenhagen or Stockholm. You will report to VP Marketing Fazer Lifestyle Foods.

What you'll bring to the team
In order to be successful in this role you have at least five years' managerial experience working in a marketing role with responsibility for people, targets and budgets. You have strong experience in marketing and brand building activities. You have a creative and innovative mindset with a feel for current trends and tendencies and a strong interest in food. You have strong background in working with, and passion for concept and brand development. You have an analytical and pragmatic way of utilizing consumer and shopper insight as well as an ability to turn them into commercial solutions. You are a strong self-starter and hard-worker willing to go the extra mile. You make things happen and you have a proven track record of past success. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English are required, as well as good presentation skills. Nordic language skills are an asset but not essential. We expect you to hold a Master's degree in a suitable field.
