hela Sverige BlueStep Treasury & Analytics team is responsible for the funding and analytical needs within BlueStep. The team maintains the BlueStep deposit product as well as being responsible for short term investments, interest rate and currency hedging, cash management and regulatory reporting, model development and the raising of funds through securitisation in the international capital markets. The team is also responsible for analyses and reporting to internal stakeholders as well as the Board of Directors.
What we are looking for
Treasury & Analytics is looking for a Cash Manager to join the existing team of four professionals where you will report directly to the Treasury Manager. You will be responsible for BlueStep's entire Cash Management process, with core tasks such as managing the business daily cash flows in RIX as well as on external account held with counter party banks and the booking and moving of relevant collateral, where you will be in the center of one of the most vital functions of the company.
Tasks
• Responsible for- and company contact person of RIX Online
• Account reconsolidation of accounts owned by the Treasury function
• Supporting the Treasury function in its day to day Interest Rate Risk- and Currency Risk work
• Participate in liquidity reporting, group LCR and NSFR, ensuring that the group is compliant with the latest regulation in the relevant area
• Develop BlueStep's Cash Management efforts further to gain efficiencies, decrease risks and optimize returns
Suitable background
Knowledge about the Swift-/ RIX system is required (RIX Online- and/or Alliance Lite 2 for daily operations), previous experience from Riksbanken as a "RIX Operatör" is a big plus, knowledge about Interest Rate Risk and Currency Risk is beneficial. We expect you to have a (minimum) Ba degree within Economics, Finance or Econometrics or equivalent experience. Fluent Swedish or Norwegian is mandatory and business level/fluency in English is a big plus.
