We make solutions for personal dosimetry and quality assurance of diagnostic X-ray equipment. In our Operations team, we focus on delivering products with the right quality at the right time. We also make sure to support our customers to the best of our ability, including technical support.
To further strengthen our team in the calibration lab we are now looking for a Calibration Technician, responsible for adjustment and calibration.
Adjustment and calibration are performed on new and customer owned units. The calibration technicians' closest customers are Finalization, Sales and Finalization, Service. Units released for finalization are to keep the highest quality with the customer/receiver in focus.
You work closely with your colleagues, master scheduler and you manager to continuously improve our processes.
Responsibilities
Drive to maintain delivery and productivity KPI 's
Assure quality on calibrated units
Adjustment/calibration of orders for finalization according to calibration date
Perform maintenance in lab according to procedures and instructions; lab stability, environmental logging, lean/5S
Perform measurements for supporting departments if assigned by the manager
Approve units for finalization
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Technical high school education
Minimum 1 year previous work experience
Experience from another manufacturing company is preferred
Fluent in English, both verbal and written is a must
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Documented experience from lean, kaizen manufacturing concept
Knowledge and experience of ISO 9000/17025/13485/14001
Drives for reaching KPI 's and customers' expectations, as an individual and as a team member
