Aurobay is looking for a Calibration Engineer to the group EATS & Start Control Calibration in the department Engine Controls & Diagnostic.
Our responsibility is to secure that the engine fulfils the emission legislation, by developing and calibrating our own inhouse software models. Our team consist of calibration engineers and function developers. We calibrate start and catalyst heating, emission control and purge control. We deliver engine sw to combustion engines in both mild hybrid and hybrid applications.
From an early stage we are involved in the development of new powertrain concepts and its software where we have the responsibility for the vehicle emissions. We develop solutions that both meet legal requirements and give the customer an outstanding product.
Early in our projects we are collecting data in our engine test-rigs, to calibrate our sw-models. Validation and later, final verification are always performed in cars or what the application is suited for.

Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's or Master's in the field of Engineering Physics, Engineering mathematics, Computer engineering, Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering or Mechatronics.
• Fluent in Matlab/Python/Simulink
• Basic knowledge in the field of combustion engines is appreciated and a Passion for vehicles and powertrains
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Swedish driver's license B
• Passion for vehicles and powertrains
Your role at Aurobay
As a Calibration Engineer you will:
• Plan and develop methods of the calibration process
• Define and handle requirements within the system and from other areas
• Deliver calibration and verification of emission related functions
• Verify calibration in rigs and cars in different environments
• Evaluation and problem analysis
