In this role, you will be part of a new department that focuses on delivering best-in-class Enterprise System support within ERP, PLM and CAD software to the entire organization. The department's area of responsibility includes everything from system infrastructure all the way up to first-hand support.
As a CAD Systems Specialist, your mission will be to act as a coordinator between the internal stakeholders and back-end function, analyzing requirements, providing support, and acting as a subject matter expert on all queries related to PLM/CAD software. Through your findings, you will analyze and provide recommendations for the continuous refinement of our function.

Main responsibilities
- Provide user support and technical assistance within CAD/PLM software.
- Configure and customize the front-end interface for users.
- Responsible for user training and education within CAD tools.

Provide support to the organization in streamlining and optimizing PLM/CAD workflows.

Manage and administer licenses for various software applications related to PLM/CAD

Creating and maintaining documentation related to PLM processes and CAD workflows.
As part of the PLM team, you will be working at our main production site in Ängelholm, Sweden and report directly to the Enterprise Systems Manager.
In order to be successful in this role, we believe that you are a self-motivated problem-solver who takes initiative and utilizes your creativity to find solutions. Since you will be working in a support function, it is also important that you are service-minded and analytical in your ability to handle the internal stakeholders you will be working with.
Main requirements:
- Educational background in Engineering, Systems Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Several years of experience within PLM and CAD systems.
- Knowledge of CAD workflows and methodologies.
- Practical, first-hand knowledge of CATIA V5 or V6.
- Experience or familiarity with 3D Experience is meritorious.
