• Relevant Bachelor degree with focus on economics or equivalent knowledge obtained through other education
• Minimum 1 year work experience in similar or equivalent role
• Good skills in Excel
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities and tasks
The main task is to support the Product Sourcing team in administrative tasks and enable an effective information flow to internal and external stakeholders including reporting. You will handle customer requests, coordinate meeting arrangements and assist in supplier and product data management and other assisting tasks to support sourcing and quality team.The role also includes actively contributing to the implementation of agreed proposals and raising development issues in current processes.
You will also assist Product Sourcing team in conducting an effective sourcing process, developing supplier management and creating excellent customer service in traded goods and OTC products.
