About the assignment
As a buyer, you will be working in a group consisting of three colleagues in placed in different areas where you will be located in Trollhättan. You will work in an international context and in close cooperation with the development and Key Account Management of Autocom.

You will mainly be responsible for the relationship with suppliers, which includes:
• Price negotiation with suppliers and entering framework agreements
• Finding new suppliers and purchasing sources
• Price comparison of different suppliers
• Forecast handling with supplier

Your main tasks will also include being responsible for Autocom stock (stock value and stock turnover), the yearly inventory as well as creating key indicators relating to purchasing department such as stock value, stock turnover, purchasing price development and service degrees. Other tasks can include administrations.

About you
You have a commercial education or degree focusing on purchasing or equivalent educational. And to be successful in this role you have previous experience of the procurement process, negotiations and agreements management. If you also have good understanding of technical and commercial context, you will master this role very well. Since you will be working in a international context you are fluent in English, both orally and in writing. Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office and especially Excel is essential.

As a person you have an analytical and conceptual way of thinking. You are calm and confident, even during more stressed conditions, and you understand the importance of delivering on time. We are also looking for you who have entrepreneurial understanding and handling. You have the ability to work independently and drive your own work forward as well as collaborate in team. Are you also communicative, have bargaining power and is able to build strong relationships- you should apply for this assignment! 

Essentials for this assigment:
• Experience of purchasing processes, including negotiation and agreement management
• Being fluent in English, both orally and in writing
