Job description / Mission
As Regional Business Support Logistics you have a vital role in our Forecast-To-Delivery-process to secure that our machines are shipped and invoiced to our customers globally. You will be responsible for specific countries, but as working in a team you will also back up your colleagues.
You will work in close contact with our Customer Centers, internally within the Global Marketing department and cross-functionally within the Product Company, particularly with Production.
You will be part of our Global Business Support Team with the Vision to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.
This is a temporary position for 7 months, start February 1, 2020.
Experience and knowledge requirements
You have a University degree, preferably logistics-, marketing- or financial related - or equivalent experience.
You have experience from logistics, distribution and /or forwarding in an international environment and have good knowledge of the following:
* Delivery- and payment conditions
* L/C handling
* Customs- and export handling
* Sales contracts and international business
* English, both in writing and speaking. Additional languages are qualifying.
You also have good knowledge of M3 and Microsoft Office package. Knowledge of other Epiroc systems is meritorious.
Personality requirements
You are service-minded with high customer focus and high planning skills.
You are pro-active and solutions-oriented and believe that there is always a better way.
You have a strong sense of urgency and very good communication- and motivational skills.
You are a team-player and like to work in a global environment.
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden.
