About the assignment
The company is one of the largest actors within the automotive industry and is located in Gothenburg. The company now looks for a Business project manager who will work at the company 's Project Management Office, in the central delivery team. This department supports projects and their teams and help them develop, stay within budget, hold time plans and giving other support to project managers and project teams. You will work in a business context leading projects and/or programs, contributing primarily with project management and leadership skills. The project and programs are mainly driven by Process and IT functions, the projects usually result in concrete changes in ways of working for a large employee population, which is where you step in. You will be working closely with the Central Delivery Team Manager in order to support them on management activities. These activities include manage team organization and team meetings, planning, deliverables follow-up, budget and financial follow-up, collocation or team workshop preparation and facilitation etc.
Your main tasks will be:
- Being responsible for overseeing several projects at the same time
- Overseeing projects and giving support to project managers
• Look over projects timeplan management
• Follow-up the approved project plan, anticipate future activities meaning
• Prepare and facilitate project meetings
• Follow up projects budget and prepare forecasts
About you
We are looking for you with a background in project process models and knowledge from development of project management processes. You have at least two years of experience from working in projects and know how different activities in projects work. You need to be fluent in both English and Swedish with experience from working in a global context. We also believe you have an ability to facilitate meetings and workshop and knowledge from deployment projects.

• Fluent in both English and Swedish
• Good knowledge in facilitating meetings and workshops
• Experience from a global context
• Knowledge in SAP

About the employment
The employment as business project manager will be as a consultant assignment with start immediately. The employment will be within Adecco Sweden. The assignment will last until the end of 2017, with good possibilities to extend.
