We are looking for strong candidates for an assignment as a Business Project Manager at one of our major customers.

The Role
The Business Project Manager (BPM) works in a business context leading projects or programs contributing primarily with project management and leadership skills. Project and program implementations, mainly driven by Process & IT functions. Projects mainly driven with P&IT project steering model. Typically projects resulting in concrete changes in ways of working for a large employee population.
Business project manager with change management and training skills.
• He/She has excellent communications skills with good influencing skills, also able to create trustful relations in spite of cultural differences and geographical distance.
• He/She has good change management experience and demonstrated ability to set demanding targets and to motivate teams and individuals to deliver outside their comfort zones in alignment with the Volvo Way and the Code of Conduct
• Has a work approach that can be described as collaborative, analytic, creative, pragmatic and autonomous and is very focused on delivery.
• He/She is able to handle multiple tasks ranging from overall supervision and coordination down to hands-on work to develop materials
• He/She has strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of â'flexibility', including the ability to network effectively across a diverse organization and to build enduring relationships across functional areas and geographical areas.
• Proficient in English (both verbal and written)
