Create and establish an architecture to support decisions with data, encompassing multiple data sources.
Evaluate return-on-investment of marketing activities and propose actions to the leadership team
Lead strategic projects in Commercial Operations
Act as a sounding board for the Head of Nordics
Develop and communicate sales and activation strategies for the Key Account Management team
Prepare product launches in the software and device portfolio by orchestrating a multi-functional team of local and regional stakeholders
Drive evolution of CRM and other sales-supporting systems
Independently spot opportunities that maximize value for Radiology Nordics
Develop and maintain winning customer segmentation approach in close collaboration with Sales Management and Country Group Head
WHO YOU ARE
Master's degree in Science of Business Administration
At least five years experience in the field of Radiology
Knowledge and experience in Radiology and understanding of key markets in the Nordics
Proven ability to build trust with new partners to facilitate experimentation, collaboration, and co-creation
High credibility in communication for the purpose of setting direction, conveying progress/insights, and making recommendations to main stakeholders
Savvy in creating rapport quickly in a diverse people environment
Ability to quickly understand complex environments and then translate insights into business models and products/services
