WHO YOU ARE
We are now looking for a business & system analyst for our team, with a focus on billing. We are also open to having leasing being a specialist focus since property management is our main area at Ingka Centres.
To succeed in this role, it is important that you have an understanding of the technical parts in the system (i.e. applications). On the other hand, you enjoy meeting the users of the solution to understand their needs and you explain the solutions in an understandable way. We believe you have been working with an agile setup, preferable in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment and you hold a deep understanding of the digital business. You enjoy and have experience from working in a global organization with cross-functional teams and many stakeholders.
You need to have experience within finance and if you have been working with leasing as well it 's a plus. Also, we believe that you bring experience in the order(/lease) to cash process (contract management, pricing, and discounts, billing/invoicing, accounts receivable), credit and collections, and prepayment process.
Furthermore, you bring:
• A few years working experience in Solution Management, Business & IT analysis, IT development or Solution architecture, preferably in relation to relevant business processes
• Experience within Dynamics (preferred), but you could also bring knowledge from another ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, or M3.

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
In this role, you get the perfect mix between meeting the business and end-user to analyze and understand needs as well as having a close connection to the technical side. You will be working in a global setup but having a close collaboration with the countries in order to meet the needs of the different markets.
Your mission is to identify improvements by eliciting, analyzing, challenging, and documenting (e.g. business requirements, use cases, user stories, test cases & acceptance criteria, boundary conditions). To succeed in this, you need to understand the stakeholder needs and detailed business requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements. You will facilitate the identification and elaboration of feasible solutions for process, organization, and service with business modeling, while managing expectations among the stakeholders.
Furthermore, you will:
• Challenge and assure the quality of stakeholder needs, business requirements, and solution alternatives in order to identify consequences and reduce risks.
• Support in design activities, validation/test & configuration management
• Support project management in setting up a business analysis approach that is appropriate for the chosen project approach. Support architecture in the creation of business blueprint and managing dependencies relating to processes, information, and platforms
• Support with definition and validation of high level & low-level design for business development activities (project & releases) in cooperation with architecture and vendor resources
• Validate compliance of business requirements through the service validation/test & configuration management processes execution by the IT suppliers, review test results, follow-up, and steer on defined test KPIs/metrics. Support user acceptance test planning, preparation & execution, including test case definition and drive acceptance.
• Contribute to the creation of documentation in co-operation with process/business teams and IT suppliers. Contribute to the creation of the 'learning offer' for the platform including training materials and delivery of training
In this role, you will report to Pia Fristedt, Platform Area Manager. The position will be based in Malmö, Sweden.
