We are now looking for a full-time Business Intelligence and Systems Manager to drive our efforts in implementing a new, cutting edge CRM and associated systems across the Nordic region.

The IT department's key responsibility is to ensure the ability of Greenpeace Nordic to achieve its goals by being a strategic partner to our other departments, providing the right tools, systems and support to ensure staff can operate effectively. We are now approaching a critical time in creating positive environmental change! We aim to engage with millions across the Nordic region in a meaningful and impactful way and this can only be realized with the help of sophisticated systems, insightful and strategic business intelligence and high quality and precise marketing and management.
About the role:
This full-time, managerial-level position is based in our Stockholm office. The successful candidate will have significant project management responsibility for ensuring the success of migration, systems development and the change management processes related to transitioning our old CRM into a new system.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
• Managing the project that will replace much of Greenpeace Nordic's CRM, analysis and data flow systems over the next two years.
• Working with the CRM and/or other vendors and the development team to track and influence developments to the CRM platform, reporting and analysis platform and/or other systems/tools.
• Working proactively with the rest of the organisation to identify and shape segmentations and analysis needs.
• Owning and developing Greenpeace's strategy for segmentations, reporting and analysis.
• Line management responsibility for three positions: Business Intelligence Officer, Junior Business Intelligence Officer and Systems Architect and Developer.
About you:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT or other associated field and /or equivalent work experience
• At least 10 years' experience in IT, CRM marketing and analysis, or related fields
• Wide knowledge of statistical and analytical techniques and demonstrable knowledge of the business intelligence sector, tools and techniques
• Ideally, experience of analysis in a fundraising and social media context
• Direct experience of project management and tailoring project management approaches to suit the size of the organisation
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and develop staff, and to apply a range of communication and interpersonal skills to interact with others on a number of issues of varying complexity
• Capacity to prepare and present strategies, plans and reports
• Skills for managing multiple projects, working to a timeline and with sensitive information
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, deal with stressful situations and meet deadlines
• Excellent English, one or more Nordic languages is an advantage but not required.
