We are currently looking for a Business Information Manager in Novo Nordisk Sweden reporting to the Finance & Operations Director.
About the department
The Finance & Operations department in Novo Nordisk Sweden is a commercial oriented organisation supporting the Swedish affiliate with in-depth market analysis, budgeting, supply chain and commercial IT tools. The department consists of highly dedicated professionals, and the team is characterised by high energy, collaboration, and trust. The team is ambitious, but the tone is informal and there is a fun and good spirited atmosphere in the department.
The Job
As a Business Information Manager you will be part of the team dedicated to Obesity - one of the most promoted therapy area within Novo Nordisk.
We are looking for a person with an interest in market analysis and generating actionable insight for the organisation. The position offers great opportunities for functional and personal development being part of a leading company in the pharmaceutical industry and direct access to the country Management Team.
You will be the dedicated partner to the Obesity Business Unit and your responsibility will be to deliver excellent analytical decision material as well as commercial insights to the field force. You will also be responsible for preparing and present analysis of the market to the country Management Team. On top of this you will be responsible for securing financial planning, follow-up and reporting of the entire cost base of affiliate.
In your role as business partner to the organisation you identify gaps and challenge the Obesity Business Unit and drive improved market understanding. Your focus areas will be providing strong analytical support through business partnering to brand plan processes and market access strategies. Gathering business intelligence, developing scenarios, building sales forecasts and ensure anchoring in the budget process. For both topline and costs, activities also cover monthly and ad-hoc reporting to management and internal stakeholders and ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.
About you
Qualifications:
• You have a few years of relevant experience with a proven track record and a relevant master's degree (i.e. in finance or economics)
• You also have outstanding analytical and coordinating skills combined with a strong excel expertise and a structured result-oriented approach to your task
• You are a valued business partner, and you take pride in always taking your analysis one step further
• Experience with business intelligence systems (e.g. SAP BO, QlikSense) is an advantage
• You are fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of one of the Scandinavian languages (written and spoken) will be an advantage

• You also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, good sense of humour, and a high level of energy
