In the role as Business Development Analyst you will be a part of our business development team at Doktor24 Group where you will:

• For our expansion markets, with a strong data and analytics foundation be responsible for early inbound and out-bound SaaS sales activities ranging from identifying and prospecting new leads to qualified lead hand-over
• Work closely with the Marketing team in setting up the most optimal account based marketing activities in each market
• Manage our CRM system incl data gathering and pipeline analysis
• Present and hand-over qualified leads to New Sales/Account executives
• Gather market needs and feed them back to the organisation
• Conduct benchmarking, business intelligence and competitor analysis
• Support market entry activities into new expansion markets
• Be a part of other strategically important business development initiatives for the company

Who are we looking for:

• University degree in Business Administration, Management or related discipline with strong academic results from a top university
• Min 1 year experience (full-time or alongside studies, eg. internship) from a top tier consulting firm, tech company with high growth or in a data-driven pre-sales position
• Strong analysis record and comfortable working with data
• Some experience ranging from either prospecting leads, qualifying leads, driving parts of a sales process, closing new business, researching good fit organizations and/or data-driven market research and BI
• You are fluent in English and preferably speak another major European language. Swedish is a plus, but not a requirement.
