Do you have a strategic mindset, solid marketing and product management background and an excellent business understanding with an interest in growing the customer training business for Tetra Pak?
Training Services in Tetra Pak Services is globally responsible to develop and deliver competence development services to customers and Tetra Pak field force. We have the ambition to be the leading competence development partner in the industry. To achieve this, we drive changes in our capabilities, our approach to learning and application of latest technologies.
The Training Services Business Development team is focused on expanding the customer training business on a global level.
As Business Developer, you belong to a team with the responsibility to turn the growth strategies related to customer training into reality. Your main role will be to develop, manage and drive change of part of our training offering. In this role, you will work in a global environment and across the company requiring close collaboration with both clusters, market companies, other functions and customers in order to succeed.
Main responsibilities
• Drive the business deliverables in development projects and activities aimed at growing Tetra Pak 's customer training business.
• Develop and drive product plans, including product segmentation, product positioning business and value proposition and features/benefits strategy.
• Develop close collaboration with cluster networks and sales channels to ensure appropriate communication and deployment of our offering.
• Represent Training Services in cross Tetra Pak Services projects
• Analyse and follow up financial performance
• Monitor and analyse market information
Qualifications
You are result oriented, driven and have an ability to inspire and create commitment across functions. You have a strong business mindset as well as excellent communication skills, being able to create buy in with important stake holders. You can keep a holistic view as well as a detailed perspective. To be successful in this position you need to have a strong personal drive and be used to take on your own initiatives and work pro-actively to create results.
We believe that you have a university degree in marketing or business administration in combination with commercial experience. Product management experience is a plus. Your English is excellent, written as well as spoken.
