Job Description

Do you want to help us develop our CRM-work to the next level? Then it's you we're looking for!
You will be a key person in a team that works to retain, develop and loyalize our electricity retail customers. The team is responsible both for strategic and tactic work with retention, cross- & upsales, loyalty activities and communication to both our private customers and small businesses.
About the role
You will work in an agile scrumteam with communication experts, analyst and more technically focused colleagues. Together with your team, your main responsibilities are to:
Take a key role in the direction, development and strategy of the CRM work and Marketing Automation initiatives in CSN Nordic.
Analyze and improve the main customer journeys to optimize cross- & upsale
Execute and evaluate retention and loyalty initiatives
Identify new, innovative communication opportunities and technical solutions.
Utilize customer insight and actively contribute to customer-oriented business development

Qualifications

We believe you have
several years of experience in strategic work with Customer Relationship Management
experience of developing and implementing datadriven cross- & upsell strategies
good knowledge from demand management towards IT and digital development
an academic degree or equivalent
very good knowledge in English and fluent in Swedish
experience from agile work
great interest in the exciting energy business and fossil- free living
