Scania IM is a technical support production companie with a wide range of services in industrial projects, production maintenance and plant maintenance. We have special expertise in automation, control and regulation, electricity, and plumbing. Scania Industrial Maintenance is a fully owned subsidiary of Scania CV AB, and one of the largest technical support production companies in the country, with over 900 employees and a business of almost SEK 1.7 billion (2014).
Business Controller to Scania IM
Business Control plays a key role in efforts to contribute to a good financial management within Scania IM and each business area. The role of the Controller include contributing to a good business follow-up and thereby ensure a good financial control and clear communication of the economic situation within the business.
Business controller is actively working in the following financial processes:
Book closing and reporting, Planning / Forecasting and Investments.
The role also includes ensuring decision-making related to business, investment and other relevant decisions of the business. Improvements in financial area as well as support and training in economics issues are also part of the role. Business Controller is involved in the management of each business area.
Responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring and financial control within a business area.Proactively work to monitor and develop the financial business area. Permanent improvement here is an important watchword.
Participate in IS / IT related projects within the business area.
Educate the business in financial matters.
Participate in the management team of the business area and in the present and ensure a focus on financial issues.
Conduct studies and produce reports for the business based on its needs.
Your profile
We are looking for a person with high ambitions, full of ideas and drive. You have good knowledge in Excel. You have the ability to act as a team player, with strong communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and take own initiatives.
Experience from a business unit is considered as an additional merit. It is a global organisation and good knowledge in English both written and oral is required. You like to work in an organized and structured way.
We believe that you have a university degree in Business Administration or Business Engineering or equivalent practical experience
