hela Sverige Are you a highly motivated Business Controller with previous experience within business controlling from a global corporation? Are you fluent in English with excellent analyzing and communication skills? We at Adecco in Uppsala have the perfect assignment for you!
As a Business Controller you will:
• Support financial planning of growth initiatives and investment planning for the organization.
• Drive cost management and financial forecast along with business support. The analyst role also provides leadership on simplification projects to streamline financial processes.
• Provide financial business support for the R&D organization.
• Managing the monthly financial forecast and budgeting.
• Collect information from functional owners to explain financial trends, and variances vs. plan in key metrics. You will also assists to present and articulate the message behind the numbers, present complex financial concepts in clear presentations.
• Ensure costs are properly stated and accounted for correctly, compliance checks.
Your qualifications
In order to succeed in this position we believe that you have a Master degree or Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. You have at least two years of financial work experience focused on budget and accounting. As an individual you are results oriented, able to meet tough targets with appropriate prioritization of tasks and high energy levels. You are highly analytical with well developed problem solving skills and a positive attitude! You have strong communication skills and have an ability to explain financial information to non-financials in a clear way. Furthermore you are fluent in both Swedish and English and you have a proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, Vlookup, and Macros). As a person you are accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values when dealing with others. You are also flexible and open to change.
